WELCOME MESSAGE

A lighthouse serves as a navigational aid and helps to illuminate waterways made treacherous by rocks and other hazards. This enables the sailors to steer their ships safely across the waterway.

Similarly, through The Lighthouse, you would find articles useful in guiding your professional growth as a teacher. I hope that The Lighthouse would help to bridge the theory-practice nexus as you discover how your peers applied what they have learnt from research into their classrooms.

Being a learning community committed to excellence, I want to encourage you to use The Lighthouse as a platform where we can learn from and learn with one another. Do contribute and share your classroom practices with your fellow peers. In the process, we co-create and share new knowledge and practices to improve student outcomes.
